Refund & Return Policy

At TakumiCase, every product is carefully crafted to order. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains how returns and refunds are handled in accordance with European consumer protection laws.
Right of Withdrawal
If you are located within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order without giving a reason.
To exercise this right, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order. After notifying us, you will have another 14 days to return the item.
Return Conditions
Returned items must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition
- The item should be returned in its original packaging where possible
- The item must not show signs of misuse or damage caused after delivery
- The item is not perzonalized with custom engraving
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Personalized or Custom Products
Products that are personalized, engraved, or custom-made according to the customer’s specifications cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
This exception is in accordance with Article 16(c) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive regarding goods made to the consumer’s specifications.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and include clear photos of the issue.
After reviewing the situation, we will offer an appropriate solution such as a replacement or refund.
Refunds
Once a returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your payment provider.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours after purchase. After this period, production of custom items may already have started and cancellation may no longer be possible.
